Step One - Initial Advice, Consultation & Proposal

The first step is where we talk through your personal circumstances, and work out your goals, ambitions and what you would like to achieve from property investing. Using this we can then put forward a proposal which outlines our detailed recommendation and how we will work with you to achieve it.

We recommend a discovery day if you are able to make the journey to us, as it gives us a chance to show you real-life examples, and outcomes & gives you some further insight along with the opportunity to learn about the area you will be investing in.

Step Two - Property Sourcing & Purchase

After the proposal is agreed, the next step is sourcing a property. We would present you with a deal that would be accompanied by photos or a video tour unless you had physically viewed the property.

Step Three - Property Refurbishment & Preparation

Once the property has been purchased, we complete the agreed work and prepare the property for rental. We have strong relationships with many local tradesmen which allows us to offer competitive prices for the refurbishments.

Step Four - Property Management

Our fees vary from customer to customer with our tenant finder fees ranging from £250 – £500 and our management packages ranging from 6% to 15% pcm.
